Welcome to NMSC

Northwest Michigan Surgery Center (NMSC) was developed by local physicians in partnership with Munson Medical Center to create a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center to service the expanding outpatient needs of Northern Michigan. Since our inception, we have grown to be one of the largest surgical centers in Michigan, providing care for over 19,000 patients in 2014 (from just 5,000 in 2004) and serving 11 different surgical specialties.
